Rusty Hood´s passion for the financial industry has provided him a bold, positive experience in his 19 - year career. His knowledge of the industry and attention to detail define his client relationships. His ability to clarify financial concepts and investments to his clients has propelled him into leadership quickly earning him top referral partner and leadership in opening and overseeing several office locations. Integrity and grit guide his relationships and fuel growth through referral business. Because of this, he is readily available to provide strategies for his client´s financial goals. We do not have strategies for everyone's needs, hopes, and dreams and we cannot say this in a retail communication. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is able to offer his services to so many.  

Rusty´s background encompasses some of America´s leading financial and medical corporations.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Pepperdine University, the financial industry came knocking right away. As investment banker in mortgage & asset backed securitizations at Countrywide Securities Corporation, he worked on billion-dollar deals with various Wall Street firms trading bonds. He managed traders, asset wholesalers, lawyers, accountants, and banks to facilitate the transactions. At the young age of 26, he became the CFO for GE Embedded Systems in Ventura, California, after graduating top of his class in GE Medical Systems Financial Management Program. His transition to securities grew with World Group Securities. The group later merged with Transamerica Financial Advisors (TFA), Inc. in January of 2012.

Rusty has had great success at TFA within the past eight years. He is an Investment Advisor Representative and has built a life-long business upon honesty, trust, and faith. He is recognized nationally among his peers. Currently, he has offices he manages and operates along with his wife and business partner Bridgett through Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc in California, New York, Washington, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Virginia, Kansas, Ohio and growing.
