Rusty´s family life with wife Bridgett and sons Kai and Kade is integral to his daily balance. He and Bridgett began Paragon Group after Hood earned Leadership in his current office. They have since built PG to include several offices allowing them to expand their mission further.
Bridgett guides training and introductions with growth management while he hones in on growing the individual and clients.
